Direct is best
Gone are the days of cheap iron ons that wash away in one wash. Direct-to-film printing is a newer technology that allows for crisp and bright colors, and — even better — allows you to apply those colors to any color fabric. This means that applying bright colors to dark fabrics is no longer a big to-do. Direct-to-film offers a versatility to printing that allows more applications of more colors with a better longevity than old ink jet iron ons.
Need something more robust? We also offer screen printing options and embroidery for apparel like jerseys, team hats, and more that need to last a long time through many washes.

Over the Top Print Shop is happy to offer to you a variety of options for DTF, silkscreening, and embroidery on fabrics and apparel. Our pricing is based on quantity and features chosen, but shirts start at just $8*, embroidery items at $10 each, and screen printing items at $11 each.
Over the Top Print Shop offers a turnaround time for local DTF orders of 5 to 7 business days for standard quantities after approval. Embroidery items have a 7 to 14 business day turnaround after approval. Order quantity minimums vary by project type i.e. t-shirts are a 24 minimum quantity order, where table runners have no minimum quantity and can be ordered singly. Rush ordering is available at an additional cost.
For best results, please provide a 300 DPI resolution print-quality file with a .25″ bleed. We prefer PDF and SVG files (or other vector formats) wherever possible. Don’t have these? Reach out to us to talk about upscaling and/or vectorization for print.
